Writing a Letter to the Editor is a great way to get your voice heard and to help spread positive information about Jim's record.

How to submit a "Letter to the Editor"

  • Identify your name, the area in where you live and your contact information.
  • Make your argument simple, keep your letter short.
  • If you are referencing a recent article or another recent letter, clearly identify the article you are writing about. For example: Dear Editor: I am writing to respond to your article "2 GOP Candidates Share Views," 03/15/10 A-3...
  • State your main point at the beginning of your letter.
  • Define the opposing point of view and then refute it.
  • Close by strongly summarizing your point.
